The Epsilon Omicron chapter was founded July 6 1911 at University of Oregon. They chapter ceased in 1969 but was revived on October 15, 1977. Then it ceased again on July 29,1998 but they recolonized Fall of 2003 but ceased in Fall of 2006 only to recolonize once more in Spring of 2013. The chapter is located in Eugene, Oregon.

The 2013 Ritual Team included: Legate: Allan J. Thayer, Jr. (Oregon State 1981); Ritualist: C. Ed Gabe (Hanover 1990); Chapter President: Colin K. Pyle (Oregon State 2015); Chapter Treasure: Brent J. Wilson (Oregon State 2016); Recording Secretary: Michael J. Wallace (Oregon State 2016); Corresponding Secretary: Evan D. Bassford (Oregon State 2016); and Chapter Historian: Alexander J. D. Strachan (British Columbia 2014). 

The Directors included: Steven H. Nemer (Oregon State 2017); Joshua E. Cohrs (Oregon State 2016); Geoffrey M. Wildish (Oregon State 2016); Matt Darling (British Columbia 2014); David R. Maybury (British Columbia 2016); Cody A. Fowler (British Columbia 2013); and Dryden S. Rechmuth (Oregon State 2017).
