The Gamma chapter at Vanderbilt University was chartered on November 12, 2010. The chapter ceased operations in June 2019. The chapter is located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The original Gamma chapter was located at the University of Nashville and closed c. 1850. The campus eventually became Vanderbilt University so upon chartering at Vanderbilt University the group revived the Gamma chapter name.
