CONGRATULATIONS
GRADUATING SENIORS
All
As the year nears its end, Chi Mu
begins to salute some of its respected
brothers. This year we will say good
bye to a number of fine seniors who
have helped Chi Ivtu become what it has
in the four years.
Among these
brothers are Jim Fitts, Alan Hase, Dave
of these
brothers will
be
missed by the undergraduates, not only
for what they have done, but for who
they are. We wish our brothers good
luck with their future plans and
encourage them to return to Chi Mu as
often as they can, and remember
forever that Phi Gamma Delta is not for
college days alone.

present were generous enough to
donate over $1,400, for which we are
very grateful.
Plans for next year's Pig Dinner
are already in the making, and we hope
it too will be a great success, even in
comparison to this year's event. I've
been left with a solid foundation, and
have received many ideas to make the
1988 PIG DINNER reach it's potential.
However, any input on your part would
be greatly appreciated and prove as an
asset in my task of putting next year's
PIG DINNER together.
Fraternally,
Jim Fitts, and accounting major,
George Lakatos'90
plans to return to his home town of
Kansas City after graduation and will
work for KMG Peat Marwick Accounting
firm. Brother Fitts has been a great
asset to Chi Mu by fulfilling such
positions as Pledge Trainer and
Historian. He will leave the University of
Missouri with a 3.1 g^rade point average,
and a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the
honorary accounting fraternity.
Brother Alan Hase, also from
Kansas City, has been offered many
opportunities, but has not settled on
one at this point. Alan has a 3.5 grade
point average in computer science with
an engineering background. Brother

Jeff Kennedy (left) received a 3.3 in the fall of "85 and a 3.7 in the folbwing
winter semester with an engineering major. Mike Douglass earned a 4.0 in the fall of

Jeff teamed up with his pledge dad, Mike, to earn the best grades in a single
school year between a pledge father/pledge son combination. Congratulations!
the auction will go towards the things
that we need for the house but are not
in the budget. Some of the things that
the Mother's Club has purchased are
the volleyball pit, the crest that hangs in
the cafeteria, and the new light in the
social section of the house.

As the year comes to an end, the

like, for the first time in many years, we

the House Corporation for all that they

Rick said, "Since the house is in such

better spirits.
As BCA President, Rick said his
job is to advise the chapter. There are
usually 5 BCA members present at each
meeting, which is held at least once a
month to advise the chapter on its
progress. He feels that not only are the
alumni happy, but International as well.
In March, Rick will have been

I took forward to talking with you
