Dear Graduates,
This letter may not seem familiar to a lot of you, and there is a very good
reason for this.
We have not sent out a PHI GAM 0-GRAM for at least two
years. This letter is to fill you in on the news that happens "between
FIJIUga's. We are planning to send you" two PHI GAM 0-GRAM's a quarter.
Our purpose in this to keep you on top of all the activities here at
Kappa Deuteron.
- .
The annual Norris Pig Dinner was a great success. With 78 Kappa Deuteron
graduates and ^ graduate brothers from other chapters, we had the largest
attendance of any Pig Dinner except for the 10th ^niversary Pig Dinner.
The undergraduates hope that this year's dinner will set the precedent for
many years to come. Having William Zerman, the Executive Director 01 Phi
Gamma Delta, speak this year meant a lot to the chapter, and we hope to
see more national officers at our future Pig Dinners.
Many of you may not know that we have our first spring pledge class in
almost 10 years this year. The Omicrbn Deuteron Pledge Class consists
of four men. They are David Kimbrell, Dunwoody, GA; Tom^Salyers, Chamblee,
GA; Ljm Wilkinson, Conyers, GA; and Scott Wayne, Gainesville, GA. We feel^
these men are definitely "a cut above" and we know they'll continue to strive
for Phi Gamma Delta's excellence here at UGA.
Please remember the Black Diamond Formal May 22, I982 at the Georgia Garden
Room in Atlanta. It will be a great time for all of you to get together
with each other. And your wives won't mind so much because they will get
to go also.
We've had two contributors
since Pig Dinner.
