The major items in a long list of improvements are those relating to our heating system. Several repairs were made on the boiler circulating pumps including new the installation circulating pump. of The a new brand pump restores heating to the living room and basement which has been non— functional for years. In addition to repairs an Investigation has been made as to the costs of updating our heating system. We currently have a bid from State Building Co. for $57,000.00. The bid is for double paning all windows,installing drop upper ceilings and portion of insulation the in the building and installing a modern 95% efficient gas furnace system. The Grand Prize of a ten-speed bike was awarded to the person who collected the most money. That person was Miss Mary Bonkowskl, who is pinned to chapter President Rick Becker.
