As many of you know, igse presented many new challenges and hardships to our chapter. However, de spite social probation, I feel that Theta Chapter has grown and everi^strengthened over the past year. This can be greatl^_ontribute^ tdi the excellent job of last year's executive officers and those graduate brothers who helped our chapter in that crucial time. My sincere thanks go out to each of them. However, these problerrfem thing of the past and as one unit we are going to wrk for an even better future while still upholding the time honored traditions at Phi Gamma Delta.
