The Mu chapter at the University of Wisconsin was founded on May 27, 1893, but later ceased in April 1995. The chapter recolonized on March 6, 2008, and rechartered on April 4, 2009. The chapter is located in Madison, Wisconsin.
At the 2009 rechartering, the ritual team included: Legate: Richard J. Pearson (Wisconsin 1961); Chapter President: Anthony D. Zimmerman (Ohio State 2010); Chapter Treasurer: Michael E. Walton (Northwestern 2011); Recording Secretary: Brandon J. Smith (Ohio State 2010); Corresponding Secretary: Stephen S. Blackman (Northwestern 2011); and Chapter Historian David B. Nebel (Northwestern 2010).
The Directors included: Philip M. Jacobson (Northwestern 2011); Evan R. Schreiber (Northwestern 2011); Matthew M. Gregg (Northwestern 2011); Constantine J. "Rusty" Trela (Chicago 2010); Jeron J. Blood (Illinois 2010); Joshua M. Moore (Illinois 2011); Andrew J. Mannix (Illinois 2012); Justin Kilpaatrick-Franklyn Poole (Illinois 2009); and Justin R. Williams (Chicago 2012).
The chapter house is noteworthy as it was initially designed by noted architect, Frank Lloyd Wright.
